Netflix announced the full list of games that have joined its platform in June, as well as one that’s “coming soon:” Thirsty Suitors, the adventure-RPG where a woman returns to her hometown to make amends with her family and find closure with her exes. The other games, which are currently available to play via Netflix, including Cozy Grove: Camp Spirit, Hearts, Netflix Stories: Perfect Match and The Case of the Golden Idol.
Thirsty Suitors, which was developed by Outerloop Games, released last year. It recently won Best LGBTQ Indie Game Award and the Authentic Representation Award at the Gayming Awards. According to Netflix, Chandana “Eka” Ekanayake of Outerloop will join Leanne Loomb of Netflix, Caitlin Shell of Brandible Games, and Matt Korba and Matt Daigle from The Odd Gentlemen on the “Why Representation in Games is Worth It” panel at the Games for Change Festival.
As for the rest of the games on the list, The Case of the Golden Idol is a point-and-click murder mystery game that originally launched in 2022, and Hearts is a recreation of the card game of the same name. Perfect Match is another adaptation of one of Netflix’s reality shows, and Cozy Grove: Camp Spirit is (as the name suggests) a cozy game from Spry Fox.
In addition to the new games, Netflix also announced an update for Terra Nil, which adds a new map, new levels, new buildings and an overhaul of the wildlife system. The update is now live and free for all players. Netflix also announced that developer Night School has launched the soundtrack for Oxenfree II: Lost Signals from composer scntfc on vinyl.
